Abstract

On November 12, 2023, the great Latin American public administration scholar Omar Guerrero died. This article aims to provide a panoramic approach to Guerrero's trajectory in teaching and research in public administration, highlighting some of the nodal facts that allow a better understanding of his rise as the reference figure of Latin American thought on the subject.
